Gluten Free Breakfast

Apparently Gluten free is a buzzword being adopted by tons and tons of people who aren't tragically cursed to be unable to enjoy gluten.

I call this Egg Crepes

What you need is a bunch (like a dozen) of eggs, a splash of milk (a cup), butter (like 50-100 ml), some asparagus (a pound), some black forest ham (a pound), some cheese (type to preference, amount to preference) and crushed garlics (to taste).

Now what you do is:

Mix the eggs, milk and garlic and mix the hell out of them.

Melt the butter and then mix it into the egg mix.

Fry up the ham.

Simmer the Asparagus in butter, water and lemon.

Shred the cheese. Pre-Shredded cheese is coated with flour (and lead) at the factory where it is made in, probably, China.

Now grab a crepe pan heat it up and using the egg mix make crepes. Adjust the thickness, by adding more or less, until you are happy.

Now once you have made a stack of crepes but out of egg mix. Put a couple of Asparaguses some ham and a sprinkling of cheese in.

Wrap it up in a roll, like how you'd store a dead hooker in a carpet.

Then eat it.

I have no pictures of this meal.

I was hungry the last time I cooked it.

Will
